I Love Funkys offers antique and vintage furniture, collectibles, stained glass, jewelry and a wide variety of other great stuff! We strive to provide excellent service to our customers, whether you order on line, by phone or visit our store. If you have any problem with our service, please contact us at 920-568-0441 and we will try to rectify the situation.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 10am-6pm (central time), Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays from November 1st till April 31st. If you call after hours, please leave a voice message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal, therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
*I Love Funkys receives notice of intent to return within two business days of receipt of item(s).
*Item(s) must be returned in same condition as was received.
*I Love Funkys must receive returned item(s) within 10 business days of receipt of item(s).
*Purchaser is responsible for all return handling, shipping, and delivery charges as well as any duty or tariff charges. Purchaser is also responsible for a 5% restocking fee.
*I Love Funkys suggest strongly that any returned item be insured in transit back to our store, as the purchaser is responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping.
*This return policy applies only to those items purchased through our web site.
*There are some items that cannot be returned. Such items will be clearly marked as "NO RETURN" in the description.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All items purchased through I Love Funkys can either be picked up at our store location at 6 South Water Street West, Fort Atkinson, WI. Or they can be shipped directly to you. UPS or USPS will be used for smaller items that can be packed and shipped or crated and are within the size and weight limits of those carriers. For items that exceed these parameters, either freight or household moving company can be used. RUSH DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
We can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. Please call us at 920-568-0441 during normal business hours for a quote.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA AND WORLDWIDE
We will ship anything to Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere in the world. Prices for shipping outside the continental 48 states must be obtained, in advance, from I Love Funkys.
OBTAINING SHIPPING QUOTES
Anytime a shipping quote has to be obtained, we ask that you do so in advance of making your purchase. We want to insure that you are happy with your web site purchasing experience, therefore, it is best that you fully understand the complete cost of your purchase, including the cost to ship, prior to completing your purchase. This avoids any unpleasant surprises.
